KRONEX pedestals are applicable almost everywhere where it is necessary to raise the level of the flooring, align it with respect to the horizon and fix it. Pedestals are used on exploited roofs, in the construction of terraces, temporary decking, for the installation of equipment, in the construction of industrial floors, laying technical communications under the flooring, etc. Due to their resistance to moisture, KRONEX supports are indispensable in the construction of fountains and piers.
Adjustable pedestals allow you to raise the level of the flooring to the desired height, hide all engineering communications under the raised floor and carry out quick installation of the flooring, even on an uneven and unprepared base.
Unregulated pedestals perform a similar function as adjustable ones, however, they raise the level of the flooring to a fixed height. Tabulators for laying tiles are already built into the design of unregulated pedestals, which frees you from purchasing additional components.

The adjustable pedestals of the KRONEX brand are made of high-strength polypropylene, which is able to withstand temperature conditions from -35 to +60 ° C.

The maximum height to which the flooring can be raised reaches up to 1,083 mm, and the minimum - from 18 mm.

Provided that the adjustable pedestal is fully screwed, it can withstand up to 4,500 kg. When the thread is unscrewed by 50 mm, the maximum load on one adjustable pedestal is up to 1,350 kg.

Automatic tilt angle control up to 5.5°

It is attached to the top of the pedestal, allows you to align the level of the flooring in a strictly horizontal position;

It is screwed directly into the base of the pedestal or into the height enlarger. It has special holes for fixing the top of the log, tabulators for tiles, anti-vibration lining. If necessary, an automatic tilt angle controller is attached to the top;

KRONEX Height magnifier

The largest KRONEX pedestal in the size range raises the level of the flooring (without loss of bearing capacity) to 225 mm.

If you need to raise the level higher, then height enlargers are used.

Each of the enlargers adds to the height of the pedestal from 105 to 140 mm.

By combining several magnifiers, it is possible to raise the level of the raised floor to 1,083 mm;

KRONEX locking ring

It is used as a retainer that prevents spontaneous twisting of the pedestal and, as a result, violation of the exposed level of the flooring height;

The base of the KRONEX pedestals

It has additional stiffeners and holes for attachment to the base (if necessary) and for drainage of surface water.

Serves as the base for the top of the pedestals or the height enlarger.

If it is necessary to install the adjustable KRONEX pedestal in a tight fit to the wall, column and other static objects, it is allowed to cut according to special markings applied to the base;

Tilt angle Corrector

It is necessary to remove the slope of the installed flooring in a strictly horizontal position. It is attached to the lower part of the pedestal and makes it possible to adjust the angle of inclination manually. By combining up to 3 correctors, it is possible to align the position of the pedestal when the base is tilted up to 6%.

An example of combining the "KRONEX 105-140 mm Height Enlarger" with adjustable KRONEX pedestals to raise the level of the flooring to any height up to 1,083 mm:

On each of the threaded connections, it is necessary to use a "KRONEX fixing ring" (art. KRN-TL) to prevent spontaneous twisting of the pedestal level and strengthen the bearing capacity.

Adjustable KRONEX pedestals have the same base diameter of 195 mm and the diameter of the top of the support is equal to 147 mm.

The pedestals platform of the top of the support has an additional reinforcement of 1 mm, and the base of the pedestal is equipped with stiffeners that increase the bearing capacity of the product.

If necessary, the pedestals can be mounted by turning 180°. To do this, at the base of the pedestals, by analogy with the tops, there are all the necessary holes for fixing tabs.

Unregulated pedestals raise the level of the flooring to a fixed height.

Due to its simplicity and ergonomics of design, this type of pedestals has a fairly low cost and helps to save significantly in the process of landscaping.

The pedestals can withstand a load of up to 4,500 kg, are easily and quickly mounted, are not subject to deformation and shrinkage, and are resistant to corrosion.

Tabulators for laying tiles are immediately integrated into the design of unregulated KRONEX pedestals, which help to maintain an even gap and allow you to save money, due to the absence of the need for additional purchase of components.

When laying the KRONEX aluminum log on unregulated KRONEX pedestals, the lag is put on the tabulators for tiles built into the pedestal and thereby eliminates the risk of displacement, plus makes the installation process much more convenient.

It serves for reliable fixation of the lag and, if necessary, can rotate to accurately set the direction.

KRONEX tabulator cross for tiles (3 mm)

It is used when laying thickened tiles on adjustable supports, it is attached to the top of the pedestal in special holes and serves to create a smooth seam between the tiles.

It is recommended to use in conjunction with the KRONEX anti-vibration lining (art. KRN-TS1).

KRONEX tabulator for tiles (4 mm)

Universal tabulators for laying tiles, which can be used both with an automatic tilt angle corrector and attached to the top of an adjustable pedestal.

They do not require pruning when laying tiles with a seam shift and at the edge of the flooring.

KRONEX tilt angle corrector

It is placed under the base of the pedestal and allows you to set the slope by rotating the corrector relative to the base. Using up to three correctors, you can compensate for the slope of the base from 1 to b percent.

They can only be used with KRONEX pedestals: TA-1, TA-2, TA-3 and TA-4.

Anti-vibration lining

It is mounted on the top of the pedestal or on an automatic tilt angle corrector and serves to level the vibration between the flooring and the pedestals.

The holes in the lining are cut in such a way that they allow mounting any of the tabs on the pedestal.

KRONEX locking ring

Compatible with all KRONEX pedestals, protects the pedestals from arbitrary twisting during operation and securely fixes the adjustable pedestals at a certain height.

Tabulator for 2 mm KRONEX tile with base

It is used for dry laying of tiles made of porcelain stoneware on a prepared base, it is also used when laying tiles on aluminum logs.

KRONEX Spacer

It is installed on the top of the pedestal and allows you to set the same gap between the flooring and the wall of the abutment. Additionally, there are tabs on the spacer, which help to set the same gap between the tiles of porcelain stoneware.

Even with prolonged vibration loads on the flooring, the spacer helps the tile stay in its place without shifting.
